LaLiga has sent a statement about the Atlético de Madrid-Real Madrid match on September 18 at the Civitas Metropolitano, in which there were various incidents both before and during the match.

During this week, the media have mainly echoed the racist insults that the Real Madrid player, Vinícius Junior, received before the match off the pitch, where hundreds of Atleti fans sang: “You’re a monkey, Vinícius you’re a monkey”.

Specifically, these insults took place at 7:25 p.m., coinciding with the arrival at the stadium of the visiting club aboard its corporate bus, some 500 local fans who They were in the player access area to the stadium and sang the racist chant.

Not only was this insult heard, LaLiga has recorded up to 23 incidents more around the controversial derby, which are the following:
